My Wish For You

WARNING: VERY LONG ARTIST'S COMMENTS

"I wish I may,
I wish I might,
Oh shooting stars passing with streams of light,
I hope you will grant my wish tonight.
For those who say to wish on a falling star,
The star no matter how far,
Say that your wish will come true,
It will grant it just for you.
However this time will be different,
Maybe even more sufficient.
Not any have attempted to ever catch a shooting star,
So maybe I’ll put it in a jar.
Knowing I’ll be the first will make me glad,
Heh-heh-heh, my idea can’t be so bad.
For catching a shooting star I know I’ll be rewarded,
Dozens of wishes to be recorded,
Though none will be mine,
For here is the bottom line,
For this is your gift,
I’m too stubborn to quit.
I’ve always thought you knew,
That this was my wish for you,
To give you a star to make all your wishes come true."

Illustration starring some friends of mine, the Raccoon, the Polar Bear, , & her boyfriend, the Ferret, , and lastly, but not least, . Basically, everyone who attended in my Animation class is guest starring in this illustration due to that it was my Animation tearcher's birthday not long ago and I wanted to make something nice for her. Although the Raccoon and Polar Bear weren't in her class, well, I needed some comedy relief in this pic so at least that silly fox (whoever that guy may be... heh-heh-heh) could at least have someone to leap off of and catch the shooting star. Not to mention emphasizing the little shenanigans the Raccoon and I get into all the time so why not have him trying to catch a ride with the fox too and try to help him catch the shooting star?

Also, for the two, and had given me character designs of their characters which were supposed to be used for another art project, but backfired in the end, however I owe them by putting their character designs in this one. Besides, I would have stuck them in the pic anyway. They're really great guys and very talented and wonderful artists.

, and are superb artists too (not going to forget about you guys ) and speaking of artists, I must thank who really took the time to help out my vision. Basically, the glorious background couldn't have been done without the guy. So if you're struck with bewilderment (like I am) please don't fret to comment to the guy about what you think about the background. I know he'll love to hear your thoughts.

Other than that and this being the LONGEST Artist's Comments I ever did yet and if you're still reading this, I thank you. The poetry I thought would give the illustration more character and be more enjoyable. Anyway, thanks for putting up with me and my long rant, I hope my Animation teacher loves her present lastly echoing out, God bless you and "C'est La Vie!"
